2022 Daydream Machine 'Small Business 'Expo
In December 2022, we proudly hosted our first Expo in honour of the International Day of People with Disability. The half-day event brought our studio to life as our neurodivergent young creatives —musicians, filmmakers, designers, animators, writers, and performers — showcased their talents and launched their own micro-businesses.
Visitors explored a fun marketplace of student-made art, jewellery, clothing, films, animation, and up-cycled creations, while enjoying live music and stand-up performances from our talented crew.

2023 Young Canberra Citizen of the Year Awards
In 2023, the Daydream Machine program was honoured with a commendation in the Arts and Multimedia category at the Young Canberra Citizen of the Year Awards. This recognition celebrates the exceptional creativity and hard work of our students, whose talents continue to make an impact across the community.
